For many years, City Fuel has proudly served the heating needs of our friends and neighbors in Greater Manchester. The bonds and friendships that we have formed mean a great deal to us, and we thank you for your continued loyalty.
In October of 2025, City Fuel made the decision to transfer ownership to Dead River Company. Since then, the team has been warmly welcomed and has operated under the City Fuel name as valued members of the Dead River Company family. As of March 28, we have rebranded City Fuel to Dead River Company.

Office Location
The Willow Street office will close to customer traffic. Our employees will be moving just down the road—you can visit us at 159 Elm Street in Manchester and you can still reach us at 603-669-3033 or 603-625-8531.
New Account Number
Customers have been assigned a Dead River Company account number, which you will find on your Dead River Company delivery tickets, invoices, and statements. With your new account number, you can now enroll in MyAccount, our online account management tool. With MyAccount, you can view and pay account balances, order and pay for fuel deliveries, go paperless, and enroll in email or text notifications for delivery confirmation or annual tune-up reminders.
