Moving to a new address? Contact your local Dead River Company office as soon as possible so we can help coordinate your service transfer and make the transition as smooth as possible.

To transfer service, be prepared to provide:

  • Your current service address
  • Your new address
  • Your move-in and move-out dates
  • A phone number and email address for your account

If your new home is within our service area, we can help set up fuel delivery, transfer your account, and review equipment or service options at your new location. If you’re moving out of our service area, our team can help close out your account and answer any final billing questions.
