Before your first delivery, we may need to:

- Confirm tank ownership and delivery access
- Schedule your first fuel delivery
For propane customers, someone may need to be home for the initial delivery and system startup to ensure everything is operating safely. Our team will let you know ahead of time if an appointment is required.
