To sign up for email or text notifications, start by logging into your MyAccount online using the Log In button at the top of the page.
Once you’ve signed in:
- Hover over Settings in the navigation menu
- Select Notifications from the dropdown menu
- Choose which notifications you’d like to receive by Email or Text Message
- Notification options include:
- New statement reminders
- Payment scheduling or cancellation confirmations
- Delivery notifications
- And more
You can also verify that the correct email address and phone number are associated with your account to help ensure you receive notifications without interruption.
