In July of 2021, Steve Giroux announced that he and his team were joining Dead River Company – combining two quality brands into one and continuing to serve customers' heating needs. On July 11, 2022, Giroux Energy was rebranded to Dead River Company. Steve Giroux and the entire Dead River Company team look forward to continuing to deliver friendly, personalized service; timely deliveries, and high-quality heating system maintenance. When you need us, we will be there!
As of July 11th, you have a new Dead River Company account number. Around July 13th, we sent customers their new account number and information on how to easily enroll in MyAccount. With MyAccount, you can securely pay your balance online, access delivery and service invoices, order and pay for fuel deliveries, and enroll in various notifications to include delivery notifications.
Beginning July 11th, your account will be serviced by our closest Dead River Company location. For more details, please see below for the late-June communication that was mailed to Giroux Energy customers. It's worth noting that the office at 343 Warren Avenue, Portland remains open, and visitors will be welcomed by a Dead River Company sign. You can continue to reach us at 207-797-7111.
