Dead River Company awarded the 2022 HIRE Vets Medallion Award

Dead River Company is honored to be awarded the 2022 HIRE Vets Medallion Award by the U.S. Department of Labor. In 2019, Dead River Company was the first Maine-based company to receive this national award and this year’s award is our third in the past four years. As we celebrate this honor during this most befitting time of year, we give thanks to our Veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.

Dead River Company unveils new 26-foot truck to benefit NH Food Bank

The New Hampshire Food Bank received a new 26-foot, refrigerated truck from Dead River Company, the largest home heating services provider in northern New England, to support the Food Bank’s statewide distribution efforts.

Bangor man flips 400-pound tire for charity

Mike Laliberte, a Service Technician at Dead River Company, completed his 7th Annual Tire Flip Fundraiser for Maine Veterans Project in Bangor. He completed the 1-mile 400-pound tire flip with his second fastest time. Mike's dedication and determination also helped him surpass his $22,000 fundraising goal to benefit Maine veterans.
