Q: How do you know when to deliver my fuel?
A: By using the "degree-day" method to calculate a burning rate for your system, we are able to project fuel deliveries with a high degree of accuracy based on usage history.

Q: What sort of training and qualifications do you require for service technicians?
A: Our technicians are state certified, where applicable, and attend seminars and schools to keep abreast of developments in technology and code requirements. We take great pride in our employees and use every opportunity to ensure that the service technician coming to your home or place of business is fully equipped to handle your needs.

Q: If I choose to call for my home heating fuel, is there a minimum amount I need to order?
A: Minimum delivery requirements vary by office for fuel oil and K-1.

Q: Can I pay over the Internet?
A: We presently do not accept payments over the Internet; however we offer several payment options depending on your preference.

Q: What other methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks and most credit cards.   We also offer an Auto Pay program if you'd prefer to have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month.  Contact your local Dead River office for details.
