Description:
The successful candidate will oversee forty or more delivery drivers. Responsibilities include recruiting and training the seasonal driver force and providing ongoing training and supervision of delivery operations in conjunction with other managers. This position will also schedule maintenance and keep accurate records of a work force requiring CDL and Hazmat endorsement qualification. Applicants must possess a valid CDL and the ability to gain Hazmat Endorsement if not current. This position requires previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to create a safe and customer centric environment in a fast paced industry.
