I have been using Dead River since moving to my home almost 6 years ago, and want to tell everyone at your office that the service I have received has been exceptional. Whether I am talking to the billing department, receiving routine or unexpected service, or getting information in preparation for buying a new furnace, I have always dealt with highly professional personnel and have been treated most respectfully...If I had kept a log of names over the years, I would thank each of you personally, but since I didn’t, I hope this note gets passed around...

I am writing to convey my sincere thanks for the efforts of Chris during our recent furnace problems at our home. We had a nagging and perplexing problem that required a number of visits by Dead River, often at inconvenient hours. Chris seemed to take our furnace problems personally, requesting that he be contacted to return if a problem arose and vowing not to leave until he was convinced he had fixed the problem. What more could a customer want than a friendly, punctual, knowledgeable professional working on your problem?
